For All You Beer Lovers Out There

Wednesday, September 09, 2009 - Chicha, a Latin American beer made from corn, and quite popular in Boliva and Peru, makes its debut at Dogfish Head Craft Brewed Ales. Making Chicha is a very labororius task. I saw it being made first hand in Peru. For those of you interested in learning more, here's an interesting article about it in today's NY Times:
